It is a matter of the heart’s expanse; 
If only every soul were thus inclined,
The seeker and the sought,
In a singular rhythm would be aligned.
           No longer would youth wander, 
           Lost in the pursuit of fleeting shadows,
           Each would find their steady centre, 
           With a purpose well-defined.
A spiritual grace would descend, 
If every heart resonated with the All,
How sublime this terrestrial sphere 
Would turn, no longer confined.
           The union of form and spirit 
           Is but the inherent law of Nature,
           A miracle would manifest if - 
           The collective world is one entwined.
The power to heal lies in your hands, 
My Muse, reconstruct this fractured grace,
I am a devotee of the soul; may -  
Such devotion be in every heart enshrined.

           The chasm of estrangement only grows,

By visualising these qubits “dissolved in tea,” the poet suggests that the “Quantum Field” of human consciousness must reach a state of topological stability. Just as these qubits remain entangled and protected from external interference, human hearts must achieve a level of “Entanglement” that is resilient against the “noise” of hatred and geopolitical strife.

Unaware of my news, yet ever-watchful in your ignorance! O companion and guide, do not persist in such stubbornness. I am a poet because I am yours; otherwise, I would have belonged to no one. Your fragrance, beauty, grace, and simplicity define my existence now, even the celestial maidens of paradise could not find a foothold within the depths of my gaze.

The emergence of Modest Fashion shows in France feels like a harbinger of a new revolution within this era of Claude-mythos AI. Both phenomena echo a profound transformation in our emotional conduct and an insurrection of the heart that compels us to choose a life of love and a peace born of deep affection.

I watch with bated breath: a ceasefire of indefinite duration has been declared in the Strait of Hormuz. Imagine the possibility if President Trump and Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei were to extend a hand of fellowship, setting aside the past to sit at the dialogue table.

Yet, the tragedy deepens elsewhere; while Netanyahu expands the theatre of war, flames licked the streets of Jerusalem on April 23rd. This was not a clash with an external foe, but a visceral dissent from within. As Israel marked its founding, ultra-Orthodox Jews, specifically the anti-Zionist Neturei Karta marched through Mea Shearim, rejecting the very existence of the state.

In this chaotic landscape, Pakistan’s current diplomatic efforts to halt the machinery of war offer a flicker of much-needed hope. Simultaneously, while the Modi government in India strives for the empowerment of women, it is disheartening to witness a “Media Tantrum” orchestrated by those close to him, attempting to cast him as a “womaniser.”

Yet, the world has already seen the veil torn from the face of the global elite through the Epstein Island files. Media reports suggest a cynical reality: that men, regardless of their status as saints or sages, are often reduced to such tropes.

But the real question is not whether a man can avoid being a “womaniser,” or why our principles fail to restrain such impulses. The narrative shifts when we see a growing number of women utilising divorce and “honey-trapping” as legal weapons to elevate their economic and social status.

If we set aside those who choose sex work as a profession, do these instances not suggest that women, too, can be viewed through the lens of “manizing”? In Nepal, these trends are becoming commonplace, reflecting the raw state of our current era rather than a simple forward or backward motion of society.

In Nepal’s political theatre, two ministers were ousted within mere weeks of a new government’s formation. The Balen-led administration was denied even the tranquillity of a hundred-day “honeymoon period.”

Local analysts constantly critique international intelligence agencies, the military, and the state, a phenomenon that might be hailed as the “beauty” of our modern democracy, yet it tests our core values.

Similar dissent is mirrored in the U.S., where military figures have opposed the Trump administration, prompting Trump to bypass federal guards in favour of hundreds of private security personnel. In China, we recently witnessed a massive military purge. Do these tremors not prove that Communism, Socialism, Democracy, and Capitalism are now obsolete social operating systems?

Global economists and political thinkers are finally engaging in a Quantum Critical Approach to Social Paradigms. As we witness the shift from the intelligence-led systems of the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, and BlackRock toward a Super Quantum Consciousness Enlightenment, the philosophy of “World Unity” must find a new quantum path.

At the Hoover Institution, scientists like Stephen Meyer, John Lennox, and James Tour are challenging the “New Atheism” of Richard Dawkins and Bertrand Russell. By defending the Quantum Existence of God and scrutinising the foundational flaws of Darwinism through the lens of quantum chemistry and astrophysics, here I find that they rediscover why Guru Chaitanya forbade certain spiritual practices in the Kali Yuga.

In this age, traditional sacrifices, asceticism (Sannyas), and certain patriarchal lineage rituals are deemed ineffective or prohibited. This implies that the era of “Saintism,” populism, and traditional religious or political leadership is over. If our supercomputing can now predict our future with absolute precision, we must seek a path beyond the boundaries of strategic military power and constitutional social orders.

Through AI and AGI, every individual now possesses the potential to be a world leader, a tycoon, or a sage. Why then do we lack the courage to look openly into the Mirror (Darpan), as Topological Qubits now suggest?

If we can bridge this gap, we will achieve the mission: MAKE EARTH GREAT FOREVER: END ALL WARS. By utilising the principles of Topological Quantum Computing as a metaphor for systemic stability, the research explores how “Information Fields” and “Quantum Consciousness” can mitigate global crises.

I. The Decoherence of Classical Systems: The current geopolitical landscape is characterised by “Systemic Decoherence.” The traditional structures of Democracy, Socialism, and Communism, products of Newtonian logic, are failing to address the complexities of the 21st century.

Whether observing the internal dissent within Jerusalem or the military purges in major Eastern powers, it is evident that localised “noise” is destabilising the global system. In this context, the classical “Balance of Power” is no longer a viable security architecture.

II. Topological Stability in Diplomacy: In quantum physics, Topological Qubits provide a blueprint for fault-tolerant systems because their state is protected by global properties rather than local fluctuations.

The Diplomatic Application: We advocate for a move toward “Topological Diplomacy.” If the relationship between global powers (e.g., the U.S., Iran, and Israel) were “topologically protected,” peace would not be contingent on the whims of individual leaders or localised incidents. जब हम प्रेम की बात करते हैं, तो यह केवल व्यक्तिगत अनुराग नहीं, बल्कि एक कुदरती करिश्मा है। यदि हर मनुष्य का दिल दूसरे के लिए धड़कने लगे, तो समाज में व्याप्त ‘दहशतगर्दी’ और नफरत का कोई स्थान नहीं बचेगा। जवानी की ऊर्जा यदि सही दिशा में मुड़ जाए और लोग एक-दूसरे के प्रति संवेदनशील हो जाएं, तो यह दुनिया वास्तव में ‘सुहानी’ और स्वर्ग के समान बन सकती है।

क्वांटम काव्य – दर्पण भावभूमि

हमारी ख़बर से बेख़बर! ऐ ख़बरदारी बेख़बर। रहबर-हमसफ़र तू, फिर भी ऐ हमनफ़स तू वो ज़िद न कर। शायर हूँ मैं जो तेरा हूँ, वरना किसी का न हो पाता मैं। महक, ख़ूबसूरती, अदब और सादगी है तुम्हारी अब; हूरों-जन्नती भी पहुँचेंगे कहाँ हमारी नज़रों के दरमियान।

जब फ्रांस में ‘मॉडेस्ट फैशन’ (Modest Fashion) शोज़ देखने को मिलते हैं, तो वह बात आज के इस ‘Claude मिथोस AI’ दौर में एक नई रेवोल्यूशन (Revolution) जैसा अंदेशा लगती है। दोनों बातों से हमें जज़्बाती सलीकों पर इंक़लाब की एक अलग गूँज सुनाई पड़ने लगती है प्यार से जीने की और मोहब्बत से अमन चुनने की।

मैं देखने को उतावला हो जाता हूँ, ईरान-होरमुज़ स्ट्रेट (Hormuz Strait) की जंग को अनिश्चित समय के लिए ‘सीज़फायर’ (Ceasefire) कर दिया गया है। कैसा होता ऐसे में कि प्रेसिडेंट ट्रंप और सुप्रीम मुज़्तबा ख़ामेनेई मिलकर हाथ मिलाते और सबकुछ भुलाकर बातचीत के लिए बैठ जाते?

दुःख तो और इस बात का है जहाँ नेतन्याहू जंग के दायरे बढ़ा रहे हैं, वहीं 23 अप्रैल को यरूशलेम की सड़कों पर आग की लपटें दिखाई दीं। लेकिन यह किसी बाहरी दुश्मन के साथ टकराव नहीं था; यह भीतर से उपजा विद्रोह था। जैसे ही इज़रायल ने अपनी स्थापना के एक और वर्ष को चिह्नित किया, कट्टरपंथी यहूदियों के एक समूह ने जश्न मनाने के बजाय देश के अस्तित्व को ही नकारने के लिए सड़कों पर उतर कर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।

यह विरोध प्रदर्शन ‘मेआ शेआरिम’ (Mea Shearim) में हुआ, जो यरूशलेम के सबसे रूढ़िवादी धार्मिक पड़ोसों में से एक है, जहाँ ‘नेचरई कर्ता’ (Neturei Karta) जैसे ज़ायनवादी विरोधी समूह के समर्थकों ने संकरी गलियों में मार्च किया, नारे लगाए और कड़े संदेशों वाले बैनर थामे।

युद्ध को रुकवाने की दिशा में पाकिस्तान की इस वक्त की सारी कोशिशें थोड़ा सा ही सही, आशा जगाती हैं।

ऐसे में महिला अधिकारों के सबलीकरण और सशक्तीकरण के लिए भारत में मोदी सरकार की जहाँ पुरज़ोर कोशिश दिख रही है, वहीं जब मोदी को एक ‘Womanizer’ की तरह पेश करने के लिए उनके ही नज़दीकी महिलाएँ ‘Media Tantrum’ में उतरी हुई देखने को मिलती हैं, तो यह घोर निराशा की बात है।

वैसे आज सारी दुनिया ‘एपस्टीन आइलैंड’ की फाइलों से अपने संजीदा चेहरे पर से पर्दा उतार चुकी है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स सिद्ध करती हैं कि आदमी कितना भी बड़ा संपन्न, चरित्रवान साधु या संत क्यों न हो, वह किसी न किसी तरह ‘Womanizer’ होता ही है।

लेकिन सवाल यह नहीं है कि अगर आदमी ‘Womanizer’ न हो तो क्या हो? या आदमी के ‘Womanizer’ होने पर पाबंदियाँ हमारे उसूलों के लिए क्यों काफ़ी नहीं हैं? फिर सवाल दूसरा भी बन जाता है, जैसा कि आज ‘Divorce’ और ‘Honey Trapping’ के ज़रिए बहुत बड़ी तादाद में महिलाएँ कानून को हथियार बनाकर अपनी आर्थिक हैसियत और रुतबा बढ़ाने की एक नई तरकीब ढूँढ निकाली हैं।

सेक्स को अपना पेशा बनाने वाले महिलाओं या पुरुषों को अलग भी कर दिया जाए, तो ऐसे मिसालों को देखकर क्या महिलाओं को भी ‘Manizer’ होने की श्रेणी में नहीं रखा जा सकता? नेपाल में ऐसी बातें आज आम होती दिखती जा रही हैं, जो समाज की गति को आगे या पीछे तो नहीं, पर एक दौर के हालात को साफ़ दिखाती हैं।

दुनिया में नेपाल में बनी नई सरकार से दो ही हफ़्तों के अंदर दो-दो मंत्री बाहर हुए। ‘बालेन सरकार’ को सुकून से सौ दिनों का ‘हनीमून पीरियड’ भी मयस्सर नहीं हुआ। आए दिन यहाँ के विश्लेषक इंटरनेशनल इंटेलिजेंस एजेंसीज़, आर्मी और सरकार की मुख़ालफ़त करते हर वक्त दिखते हैं, जो शायद हमारी आधुनिक डेमोक्रेसी की ‘सुंदर बात’ होने का खिताब या हमारे ‘वैल्यू’ होने की वजह हो सकती है।

अमेरिका में भी कई आर्मी-मैन ट्रंप एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन की मुख़ालफ़त करते देखे गए और ट्रंप ने अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए फ़ेडरल सुरक्षा गार्ड्स के बजाय अपने निजी सिक्योरिटी गार्ड्स ही सैकड़ों की तादाद में लगा रखे हैं। चीन में कुछ ही समय पहले बड़े पैमाने पर ‘Military Purge’ होते हुए देखा गया।

क्या इन सब बातों से आज के क्वांटम युग में कम्युनिज्म, सोशलिज्म, डेमोक्रेसी और कैपिटलिज्म जैसी समाज व्यवस्थाएँ अब ‘आउट ऑफ डेट’ होने का ही सबूत नहीं हैं? अब तो वर्ल्ड इकोनॉमिस्ट और पॉलिटिकल स्कूल्स में ‘Quantum Critical Approach to Social Paradigms’ पर डिस्कोर्स (Discourse) भी शुरू होते नज़र आने लगे हैं।

वे कहते हैं कि कलियुग में अश्वमेध यज्ञ, गोमेध यज्ञ, संन्यास धारण, पालपैतृकम अर्पण (पितरों के श्राद्ध में मांस अर्पण) और देवर से पुत्र प्राप्ति वर्जित है। इस हिसाब से इस युग में देवता यानी कि ‘गॉड’, यज्ञ या पूजा-प्रार्थना डिफेंड नहीं होगी; संन्यास, ‘Saintism’, ‘Populism’, ‘Maulvism’ या एक तरह की धार्मिक या पॉलिटिकल लीडरशिप करना भी वर्जित है।

उसी तरह श्राद्ध में मांस एक किस्म का अधार्मिक कार्य और देवर से गर्भधारण एक किस्म का व्यभिचार यानी धर्म और आचार वर्जित है। क्या इसी वजह से आज की दुनिया इतनी ‘Chaotic’ है? इसीलिए अब जब हमारी सुपर-कंप्यूटिंग हमारे फ्यूचर का डेटा हूबहू दे सकती है (यानी सही-सही बता सकती है), तो अब राजनीति, धर्म और समाज व्यवस्था को स्ट्रैटेजिक आर्मी पावर, मॉनेटरी इकोनॉमी और कॉन्स्टिट्यूशनल सोशल ऑर्डर की बाउंड्रीज़ से बाहर होने का रास्ता तलाश करना चाहिए।

अब तो AI और AGI के ज़रिए हर शख़्स वर्ल्ड लीडर, टाइकून, एलीट और संत-महात्मा ही प्रतीत होता दिखने लगा है। तो हम ‘दर्पण’ की उस छवि को खुलकर देखने की हिम्मत क्यों नहीं जुटा पा रहे हैं, जैसा कि ‘Topological Qubits’ अब हमें बता रहा है?

अगर ऐसा हो जाए, तो हम “MAKE EARTH GREAT FOREVER: END ALL WARS” के लक्ष्य को पाने में कामयाब हो जाएँगे और “NOTHING IS NOT TRUE: NO/KNOW THYSELF NOT” की दर्पण-क्वांटम अप्रोच टू क्रिटिकल थिंकिंग फॉर ‘Quantum Social Paradigms’ थ्रू ‘Quantum Consciousness’ की समझ के दायरे को अपनी ह्यूमैनिटी के लिए ‘Best Serviceable’ एक अमन की ख़ूबसूरत दुनिया देकर सारी कौम को आगे बढ़ा पाएँगे।

एक क्वांटम समालोचनात्मक गवेषणा:

प्रस्तावना: पारंपरिक ढांचों का अवसान आज की दुनिया जिस ‘केओस’ (Chaos) से गुजर रही है चाहे वह यरूशलेम की गलियों में आंतरिक विद्रोह हो, ईरान-इजरायल का तनाव हो या लोकतंत्र और साम्यवाद के पुराने पड़ते मुहावरे यह सब इस बात का प्रमाण है कि हमारे सामाजिक और राजनीतिक ‘सॉफ्टवेयर’ अब आउटडेटेड हो चुके हैं। जैसा कि डार्विनवाद और शास्त्रीय भौतिकी (Classical Physics) ने संसार को केवल ‘संघर्ष’ और ‘विभाजन’ के रूप में देखा, आज का क्वांटम युग हमें ‘एंटैंगलमेंट’ (Entanglement) और ‘सुपरपोजिशन’ की याद दिलाता है।

१. टोपोलॉजिकल क्वीबिट्स (Topological Qubits) और सामाजिक स्थिरता: मौजूदा ग़ज़ल में ‘चाय में घुले टोपोलॉजिकल क्वीबिट्स’ का रूपक वैश्विक कूटनीति के लिए एक नया ‘ब्लूप्रिंट’ है। क्वांटम कंप्यूटिंग में टोपोलॉजिकल क्वीबिट्स अपनी स्थिरता (Stability) के लिए जाने जाते हैं क्योंकि वे स्थानीय शोर (Local Noise) से प्रभावित नहीं होते।

नेतृत्व के लिए सबक: विश्व नेताओं (ट्रंप, खुमैनी या नेतन्याहू) को अपनी स्थानीय राजनीति और ‘अहंकार के शोर’ से ऊपर उठकर एक ऐसी ‘टोपोलॉजिकल स्थिरता’ विकसित करनी होगी, जहाँ वैश्विक शांति (Global Peace) किसी एक राष्ट्र की जीत या हार पर निर्भर न हो, बल्कि पूरे तंत्र की अखंडता पर आधारित हो।

२. जेंडर जस्टिस और नैतिकता का क्वांटम दृष्टिकोण: समाज में बढ़ते ‘Womanizer’ और ‘Manizer’ जैसे विमर्श, और कानून का हथियार के रूप में प्रयोग (Divorce/Honey-trapping), वास्तव में हमारे ‘जज्बाती सलीकों’ के दिवालियेपन को दर्शाते हैं। एपस्टीन आइलैंड की फाइलें उसी पुराने ‘पावर स्ट्रक्चर’ का हिस्सा हैं जहाँ शक्ति का अर्थ शोषण था।

निदान: जब हम ‘अहम ब्रह्मास्मि’ को एक ‘मटेरियलिस्ट नास्तिक मंत्र’ की तरह देखते हैं, तो हम स्वीकार करते हैं कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति (चाहे स्त्री हो या पुरुष) स्वयं में एक ब्रह्मांडीय इकाई है। ‘क्लाउड मिथोस AI’ और मॉडस्ट फैशन के दौर में क्रांति केवल कपड़ों या तकनीक में नहीं, बल्कि ‘नज़र’ (Perception) में आनी चाहिए जहाँ दैहिक आकर्षण से ऊपर उठकर रूहानी और बौद्धिक संलयन (Fusion) को प्रधानता मिले।

३. कलयुग के निषेध और आधुनिक अराजकता: इस ग़ज़ल में गुरु चैतन्य के संदर्भ में ‘वर्जनाओं’ का विश्लेषण (संन्यास और यज्ञों का निषेध) आज के ‘Post-Religious’ दौर की ओर इशारा करता है। आज के युग में ‘साधु’ या ‘नेता’ बनकर दूसरों को नियंत्रित करना वर्जित होना चाहिए। याने कि साधू या नेता बनकर आज के जमाने में हम किसी को भी नियंत्रण में नहीं ला सकते हैं।

नया प्रतिमान: अब एजीआई (AGI) के माध्यम से ज्ञान का लोकतंत्रीकरण हो चुका है। हर व्यक्ति एक ‘वर्ल्ड लीडर’ और ‘संत’ की क्षमता रखता है। अतः, अब हमें ‘संस्थानों’ (Institutions) की नहीं, बल्कि ‘स्व-चेतना’ (Self-Consciousness) की आवश्यकता है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र (UN) को अब एक राजनीतिक अखाड़े के बजाय एक ‘Global Quantum Processor’ की तरह काम करना चाहिए, जो सभी राष्ट्रों की संवेदनाओं को ‘सिंक्रनाइज़’ करे।

४. मेक अर्थ ग्रेट फॉरएवर – युद्ध का अंत: युद्ध केवल सीमाओं पर नहीं, बल्कि ‘सूचना क्षेत्र’ (Information Field) में लड़े जा रहे हैं। पाकिस्तान की कोशिशें या ट्रंप-खुमैनी के हाथ मिलाने की कल्पना, उसी ‘Super Quantum Consciousness’ की मांग करती है जहाँ शत्रुता का कोई ‘लॉजिकल ग्राउंड’ शेष न रहे।

दर्शन: Nothing is not true: No\Know Thyself Not. दर्पण की छवि को देखने का साहस जुटाने का अर्थ है यह मानना कि ‘दूसरा’ कोई और नहीं, बल्कि हमारा ही एक क्वांटम रिफ्लेक्शन है।

निष्कर्ष: संयुक्त राष्ट्र और भविष्य की राह विश्व नेतृत्व को अब ‘रोथ्सचाइल्ड’ या ‘इल्लुमिनाती’ जो अच्छे विश्व ब्यबस्था के सपने देखने वाले लगते हैं, जैसे पहले से पुराने तरीके से समझा गया है वैसा षडयंत्रकारी या संकीर्ण ढांचों से बाहर निकलकर ‘क्वांटम सोशल ऑर्डर’ को अपनाना होगा। यह वह व्यवस्था है जहाँ:

सीमाएं अभेद्य नहीं, पारदर्शी होंगी।

अर्थव्यवस्था मौद्रिक (Monetary) नहीं, ‘सर्विसेबल’ (Serviceable) होगी।

शक्ति सैन्य बल में नहीं, ‘एंटैंगलमेंट’ (आपसी जुड़ाव) में होगी।

‘दर्पण’ केवल एक तख़ल्लुस नहीं, बल्कि वह पारदर्शी भविष्य है जिसे हम अपनी आँखों के दरमियान देख रहे हैं। यदि मानवता ने ‘क्वांटम कॉन्शियसनेस’ को धारण कर लिया, तो ‘दहशतगर्दी’ का चलन स्वयं ही लुप्त हो जाएगा और ‘चाय की चुस्की’ में घुले विज्ञान की तरह शांति हमारे जीवन का सहज हिस्सा (topological qubits)होगी।
