As António Guterres has emphasised, nuclear-enabled nations must never be allowed the latitude to wage nuclear war, though the right to develop nuclear capability remains a contested reality. Observing global power actors, intelligence agencies such as the present Empires of history, the CIA and MI6, one cannot ignore the tendency toward conformity over genuine freedom. This compels us to seek a new, quantum meaning of humanity and liberty, indeed.

“पोस्ट-ह्यूमन ट्रुथ युग” में सत्य स्वयं एक निर्मित वस्तु बनता जा रहा है। इस परिप्रेक्ष्य में, मनुष्य का आत्म-संघर्ष (“अपने आप से जंग”) उसकी सबसे बड़ी वास्तविकता बन जाता है।
वैश्विक सत्ता-संरचना और नैतिक प्रश्न: विश्व-नेतृत्व की वर्तमान दिशा चाहे वह बहुध्रुवीय विश्व-व्यवस्था हो या वित्तीय-औद्योगिक गठजोड़ मानव गरिमा के प्रश्न को केंद्र में नहीं रखती।
धार्मिक संस्थाएँ, वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान और वित्तीय शक्तियाँ इन तीनों का अंतर्संबंध एक नई प्रकार की सांस्कृतिक-वैचारिक इंजीनियरिंग को जन्म दे रहा है।

धर्म, विज्ञान और चेतना का समन्वय: दर्पण की विचारधारा इस सिद्धांत को पुष्ट करती है कि
सभी धर्मों के मूल सिद्धांत विज्ञान के साथ सामंजस्य रखते हैं।
यह दृष्टि न केवल आध्यात्मिक समन्वय का प्रस्ताव करती है, बल्कि एक वैश्विक नैतिक ढाँचा भी प्रस्तुत करती है, जहाँ
- चेतना (consciousness),
- प्रकृति (nature),
- और प्रेम (love)
तीनों मिलकर “enlightenment” की ओर मार्ग प्रशस्त करते हैं।

किन्तु यदि यही प्रेम चेतना का केंद्र बन जाए तो वही bioneuronet भविष्य की मशीनों को नहीं, बल्कि सम्पूर्ण मानव सभ्यता को मुक्त और प्रबुद्ध बना सकता है।
