आत्म-अवलोकन तंत्र (The Darpan Council): संयुक्त राष्ट्र के भीतर एक ऐसी विशेषज्ञ परिषद का गठन हो जो भू-राजनीतिक निर्णयों का ‘दर्पण’ की भांति निष्पक्ष आत्म-मूल्यांकन (Self-Reflection) करे, जिससे महाशक्तियों के अहंकारवादी वहमों पर अंकुश लगाया जा सके।
६. निष्कर्ष (Conclusion) एवं एक अपरिहार्य दृष्टि : यह आलोचनात्मक गवेषणा अकादमिक अध्ययनों के आधार पर यह चेतावनी देती है कि मानव जाति आज विनाश और आत्म-साक्षात्कार के अत्यंत संवेदनशील दोराहे पर खड़ी है। यदि हम ‘Goods, Gangs, Guns, और Girls’ के आदिम और वर्चस्ववादी ढर्रे पर चलते रहे, तो ‘क्वांटम टेक्नो कैपिटलिज्म’ का यह अंधी दौड़ समूची पृथ्वी को स्वाहा कर देगा।
समाधान केवल और केवल चेतना के उस ‘लम्हा-ए-शनासाई’ (पहचान के क्षण) में है, जहां तकनीक आत्म-साक्षात्कार के दर्पण से होकर गुजरे। जब मशीनों के प्रॉम्प्ट में मुनाफे के बजाय ‘गहरे जज़्बात’ उतरेंगे और वैश्विक नेतृत्व संपूर्ण पृथ्वी को एक अविभाज्य इकाई के रूप में स्वीकार करेगा, तभी युद्धों का शाश्वत अंत संभव है।
एक अपरिहार्य दृष्टि: “इतिहास गवाह है कि हुक्मरानों की बंदूकें (Guns) कभी अमन नहीं ला सकीं। यदि इस धरती को हमेशा के लिए महान बनाना है (Make Earth Great Forever), तो हमें सीमाओं की सियाही से लहू-लुहान इस जहां को ‘क्वांटम दर्पण थिंकिंग’ के मर्म से धोना होगा। युद्धों का अंत किसी समझौते की मेज पर नहीं, बल्कि मानव चेतना के क्वांटम शिफ़्ट में छिपा है, और यही ब्रह्मांड की ‘पाक पहली दुआ’ है।”
