वे अपनी आँखों से देखा हुआ हाल सुनाती थीं। उनका भाई, जो हमारे दादा जी थे, वे पद्मासन में धरती से ऊपर उड़ने और फिर वापस बैठ जाने वाली योग-साधना लगाया करते थे। ऐसी बातें सिर्फ़ सौ साल पहले हुआ करती थीं। मानें भी, तो भी न मानें कैसे। आज भी इन बातों को तवज्जो देने वाले लोग मिलते हैं।

जब “फादर्स” के ब्लेसिंग लेकर ट्रम्प होर्मुज़ वार अथवा जंग को एंड करके रूस-यूक्रेन के नये युद्ध को रुकवाने की बात करता है, तो इस बात का निरूपण कैसे हो? यह जानते हुए भी कि हमने धर्म, ज्ञान, विज्ञान और फ़लसफ़े को आड़ बनाकर इतने सारे धोखे खाए हैं, बावजूद इसके हम बाज़ आने वालों में से तो रहे नहीं।

इस हिसाब से हमें हमारा मनी-पावर और साइंस इंसानियत को किस तरह बदतर फ़ितरतों से गुज़ारता रहा है, यह तारीख़ बख़ूबी खुलकर बता देती है। आज सवाल यह बन जाता है कि पीस के मसीहा बनने के जुनून में ट्रम्प को क्यों “chaos creator of the most rogue nation” का क्रिटीक करते हुए insane psychopath बताया जाता है।

इसी लिए सवाल बनता है, जहाँ साइंस की प्रगति से वॉर बनती है, वहीं पीस के लिए हम नोबेल प्राइज़ से नोबेल लॉरेट्स बनाते रहे हैं, यह फिर क्या तमाशा है?

साइंस की वजह से ही 1930 में जब अमेरिका में Eugenic Crusade सरकारी तौर पर चलाया गया था, उसी ने नाज़ी जर्मनी का होलोकॉस्ट पैदा किया। आज उसी तरह एंटीसेमेटिक वॉर-पॉलिटिक्स को ज़ायोनिस्ट भी रोक नहीं पा रहे हैं। और रिपोर्ट्स बताती हैं कि आज की तारीख़ में दुनिया भर के 109 से ज़्यादा देशों में यहूदियों को क्यों खदेड़ा गया, और बहुत सारे यूरोपीय देशों में उन पर प्रतिबंध क्यों लगे।

बोसॉन और फ़र्मियॉन आधारित आज का क्वांटम साइंस अब “अन्यॉन्स” की नई डिस्कवरी के साथ आगे बढ़ने वाला है। जाहिर है, इस वक्त भी यदि हमारी दुनिया क्लासिकल जियोपॉलिटिकल, इकोनॉमिक और सोशल सिस्टम्स से आगे बढ़कर क्वांटम सोशल-इकोनॉमिक सिस्टम की तरफ़ बढ़ने की तरकीब नहीं ढूँढ़ेगी, तो enlightened humanity बनाना बड़ा चैलेंज बना रहेगा।

और वैसे भी सैम ऑल्टमैन और एलोन मस्क, स्टारलिंक और एन्थ्रोपिक के झगड़ों और टेकओवर के अखाड़े में दोस्ती से आगे बढ़ कूस्ती करने को कूद पड़े हैं। हम trillionaires बन रहे हैं, पर क्या हम true human beings हो पा रहे हैं? यह सबके लिए सवाल है।

मगर मसला क्या हो सकता है? बस यही बात है कि हम अब क्लासिकल आइडियोलॉजी को “Quantum Critical Darpan Approach of Thought” के तहत आगे कैसे बढ़ाएँ। क्लासिकल वर्ल्ड ऑर्डर: (क) Communication (ख) Companionship / Camaraderie (ग) Discipline (घ) Order (ङ) Command

• के तहत teaching, training, facilitating और educating से maintain किया जाता रहा है। जिस कारण हम बैंक्सी के फ्लैग-कवर्ड स्टैच्यू की तरह हर युग में खाई से गिरते और मरते रहे हैं।

लेकिन अब हमें ज़रूर सोचना चाहिए कि क्या इस तरकीब को हम “Quantum Darpan Approach to Critical Thinking for Paradigm Change” के तहत थोड़ी-सी अमल में ला सकते हैं?

इसके लिए हमारी क्लासिकल citizenship को आज के globalised context के मुताबिक बदलना होगा। आज हर nationality dual, triple और multiple citizenship की तरफ़ बढ़ रही है। इस हिसाब से हर citizen को अपनी birth-nativity के साथ-साथ immediate neighbour nations की 2.0 citizenship हासिल हो। और world nations के लिए world citizenship हासिल हो।

जब दुनिया हमारी है, तो हम सबके क्यों नहीं हो सकते? हर धर्म, विचार, गॉड, अल्लाह, भगवान आदमी के लिए हैं, तो फिर ये सारी बातें हर आदमी के लिए हो जाने या कर देने में क्या हर्ज़ है?

क्या हम सब अब मिलकर ये बातें बना सकेंगे?

रंग ढंग से समझ लेना तेरा – मेक अर्थ ग्रेट फ़ॉरेवर : एंड ऑल वॉर्स: क्लासिकी विश्व-व्यवस्था से क्वांटम दर्पण दर्शन तक महामानवता, विश्व-नेतृत्व और भावी सभ्यता पर एक विहंगम यात्रा

सारांश

इक्कीसवीं सदी का मनुष्य अभूतपूर्व विरोधाभासों के युग में प्रवेश कर चुका है। विज्ञान ने ब्रह्मांड की सूक्ष्मतम परतों को खोल दिया, किन्तु मनुष्य अपने ही भीतर के अंधकार से अब तक मुक्त नहीं हो सका। लोकतंत्र ने स्वतंत्रता का वादा किया, पर पूँजी और सत्ता ने सामूहिक चेतना को नियंत्रित करने के नये औज़ार रच लिये।

धर्म ने करुणा का संदेश दिया, पर इतिहास रक्तपात से भर गया। तकनीक ने संपर्क बढ़ाया, पर आत्माएँ और अधिक अकेली होती चली गईं।

ऐसे समय में प्रस्तुत शोध-निबंध “क्वांटम दर्पण एप्रोच” नामक एक नये दार्शनिक-सामाजिक प्रतिमान का प्रस्ताव करता है, जिसके माध्यम से मानवता क्लासिकी विचारधारात्मक संघर्षों से आगे बढ़कर सह-अस्तित्व, बहुस्तरीय चेतना, करुणा और वैश्विक नागरिकता की ओर अग्रसर हो सकती है।

यह आलेख विज्ञान, राजनीति, अध्यात्म, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता, भू-राजनीति, सांस्कृतिक मिथक और विश्व-शांति को एक समग्र विमर्श में रखकर “मेक अर्थ ग्रेट फ़ॉरेवर” को केवल राजनीतिक नारा नहीं बल्कि भावी सभ्यता का घोषणापत्र मानता है।

भूमिका : दर्पण में टूटता हुआ मनुष्य:

मनुष्य ने दर्पण बनाया था स्वयं को देखने के लिए; किन्तु धीरे-धीरे दर्पण ने मनुष्य को दिखाना शुरू कर दिया कि वह वास्तव में है कौन। आज का मनुष्य उसी दर्पण के सम्मुख खड़ा है, पर विचित्र यह है कि वह स्वयं को नहीं, अपने ही निर्मित प्रतीकों, विचारधाराओं, राष्ट्रवादों, तकनीकों और भय के प्रतिबिम्बों को देख रहा है।

प्रस्तुत ग़ज़ल का यह शेर: “बेढंगी बातों का रंग-ढंग से समझ लेना तुम्हारा”

वास्तव में आधुनिक सभ्यता की विडम्बना का गूढ़ उद्घाटन है। यहाँ “समझ लेना” केवल भावनात्मक सहमति नहीं, बल्कि अराजकता के भीतर छिपे हुए अर्थ को पहचान लेने की क्षमता है।

आज संसार में हर ओर हलचल है,राजनीतिक युद्ध, धार्मिक संघर्ष, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता की दौड़, पूँजी का केंद्रीकरण, जलवायु संकट, जैव-प्रौद्योगिकी, साइबर निगरानी, और “सत्य” की निरन्तर विखंडित होती हुई अवधारणा। मनुष्य जितना अधिक “connected” हुआ है, उतना ही अधिक अस्तित्वगत रूप से “disconnected” भी।

ऐसे समय में प्रश्न उठता है, क्या मानवता केवल तकनीकी रूप से विकसित होकर बच सकेगी? या उसे चेतना के स्तर पर भी रूपान्तरित होना पड़ेगा?

१. क्लासिकी सभ्यता और उसका संकट आधुनिक विश्व-व्यवस्था पाँच मूल स्तम्भों पर खड़ी रही है:

1. संवाद (Communication)
2. आदेश (Command)
3. अनुशासन (Discipline)
4. व्यवस्था (Order)
5. वैचारिक पहचान (Ideological Identity)

इन्हीं के आधार पर साम्राज्य बने, राष्ट्र-राज्य बने, आधुनिक सेना बनी, शिक्षा-प्रणालियाँ बनीं और पूँजीवादी तथा साम्यवादी व्यवस्थाएँ आकार लेती गईं।

किन्तु इतिहास साक्षी है कि इन्हीं संरचनाओं ने विश्वयुद्धों, औपनिवेशिक नरसंहारों, नस्लीय हिंसा, होलोकॉस्ट, शीतयुद्ध और परमाणु आतंक को भी जन्म दिया।

विज्ञान जिसने चिकित्सा दी, उसी ने गैस चैम्बर और परमाणु बम भी दिए। आनुवंशिकी ने जीवन की संरचना समझाई, पर यूजेनिक्स जैसी भयावह विचारधाराएँ भी पैदा हुईं।

सन १९३० के दशक में अमेरिका में “Eugenic Crusade” सरकारी नीति का हिस्सा बनी, जिसने आगे चलकर नाज़ी नस्लवाद और होलोकॉस्ट को वैचारिक खाद प्रदान की। यहाँ प्रश्न केवल इतिहास का नहीं, बल्कि आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक अहंकार का है, जब विज्ञान करुणा से अलग हो जाता है, तब वह सभ्यता का उद्धारक नहीं, विनाशक बन सकता है।

२. क्वांटम विज्ञान और वास्तविकता की नई अवधारणा: क्वांटम सिद्धान्त ने भौतिकी को ही नहीं, वास्तविकता की मानवीय समझ को भी बदल दिया।

क्लासिकी विज्ञान कहता था कि ब्रह्मांड एक यांत्रिक घड़ी है; क्वांटम विज्ञान कहता है कि ब्रह्मांड संभावनाओं का नृत्य है।

यहाँ निरीक्षक (observer) स्वयं वास्तविकता को प्रभावित करता है। यहाँ अनिश्चितता मूलभूत है। यहाँ दूरस्थ वस्तुएँ भी “entangled” रह सकती हैं।

यदि इसी सिद्धान्त को सामाजिक और दार्शनिक स्तर पर लागू किया जाए, तो मानवता को देखने का एक बिल्कुल नया तरीका सामने आता है।

मनुष्य केवल एक राष्ट्रीय पहचान नहीं है। वह simultaneously अनेक स्तरों पर अस्तित्वमान है, धार्मिक भी, वैज्ञानिक भी; स्थानीय भी, वैश्विक भी; जैविक भी, तकनीकी भी; व्यक्तिगत भी, ब्रह्माण्डीय भी।

यहीं से “क्वांटम दर्पण दर्शन” की आवश्यकता उत्पन्न होती है।

३. क्वांटम दर्पण एप्रोच : एक नया सभ्यतागत प्रतिमान “दर्पण” यहाँ केवल शीशा नहीं, बल्कि आत्म-परावर्तनशील चेतना का रूपक है।

• क्लासिकी विचारधाराएँ मनुष्य से कहती हैं, “विश्वास करो।”
• क्वांटम दर्पण कहता है, “स्वयं को देखते हुए स्वयं को भी देखो।”

यही “NO\KNOW THYSELF NOT” का सार है।

यह नास्तिकता नहीं, बल्कि ज्ञान के प्रति विनम्रता है। यह सत्य के निषेध का दर्शन नहीं, बल्कि यह स्वीकार है कि हर सत्य निरीक्षक-सापेक्ष हो सकता है।

इस दर्पण-दर्शन के पाँच प्रमुख आयाम हैं:

• १. क्वांटम कम्युनिकेशन: संवाद केवल सूचना का आदान-प्रदान न होकर भावात्मक अनुनाद बने।
• २. क्वांटम कम्प्रेहेन्सिव अंडरस्टैंडिंग: Binary judgement के स्थान पर बहुस्तरीय समझ विकसित हो।
• ३. क्वांटम लव-कम्पैशन: करुणा को नैतिक उपदेश नहीं, अस्तित्वगत आवश्यकता माना जाए।
• ४. क्वांटम को-एक्ज़िस्टेन्स: प्रकृति, मशीन, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता और मनुष्य के बीच सह-अस्तित्व का ढाँचा विकसित किया जाए।
• ५. क्वांटम कॉस्मिक ऑर्डर: मानव सभ्यता को केवल पृथ्वी तक सीमित न मानकर ब्रह्माण्डीय चेतना की दिशा में विकसित किया जाए।

४. सत्ता, षड्यंत्र और आधुनिक मिथक: आज की दुनिया में “डीप स्टेट”, “इल्यूमिनाती”, “फ़्रीमेसन्स”, “टेक्नोक्रेटिक एलीट”, “ग्लोबल ऑर्डर”, “सर्विलांस कैपिटलिज़्म” जैसी अवधारणाएँ इसलिए लोकप्रिय हुई हैं क्योंकि जनता का संस्थाओं पर विश्वास टूट रहा है।

• जब महामारी, युद्ध, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता और आर्थिक असमानता एक साथ उपस्थित हों, तब मिथक और षड्यंत्र दोनों जन्म लेते हैं।
• ट्रम्प, पुतिन, मस्क, सैम ऑल्टमैन, बिल गेट्स, ज़ायोनिज़्म, नाटो, ब्रिक्स, ये सब आज simultaneously आशा और संशय दोनों के प्रतीक हैं।

यही आधुनिक चेतना का विखंडन है। विश्व-राजनीति अब केवल राष्ट्रों के बीच संघर्ष नहीं रही; यह narratives, perceptions और digital psychologies का युद्ध बन चुकी है।

५. संयुक्त राष्ट्र और विश्व-व्यवस्था की सीमाएँ: द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध के बाद संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने वैश्विक शांति की आशा जगाई थी। किन्तु:

• इरान युद्ध नहीं रुका
• यूक्रेन संकट नहीं रुका
• ग़ज़ा हिंसा नहीं रुकी
• जलवायु संकट बढ़ता गया
• कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता के लिए कोई वैश्विक नैतिक ढाँचा नहीं बन सका

संयुक्त राष्ट्र आज अधिकतर कूटनीतिक मंच बनकर रह गया है। अतः अब आवश्यकता केवल नई संधियों की नहीं, बल्कि नई चेतना की है।

६. क्वांटम विश्व-नागरिकता: आज का मनुष्य एक साथ अनेक पहचानें जीता है, स्थानीय, राष्ट्रीय, डिजिटल, सांस्कृतिक, प्रवासी और वैश्विक। किन्तु नागरिकता अब भी उन्नीसवीं सदी की सीमाओं में बंधी हुई है।

इस शोध-पत्र का प्रस्ताव है कि भविष्य में नागरिकता बहुस्तरीय हो: १. जन्म-आधारित नागरिकता २. पड़ोसी-सांस्कृतिक नागरिकता ३. वैश्विक नागरिकता

• जब पृथ्वी सबकी है, तो मानवता विभाजित क्यों रहे?
• यदि धर्म, विज्ञान, दर्शन और ईश्वर सब मनुष्य के लिए हैं, तो फिर उनका अधिकार हर मनुष्य को क्यों न मिले?

७. जैव-मानवता और मशीन युग मानव: सभ्यता अब “Biohumanity” से “Mechanised Biohumanity” की ओर बढ़ रही है।

• न्यूरल इंटरफेस
• जेनेटिक एडिटिंग
• AI cognition
• longevity engineering
• साइबोर्ग तकनीक

इन सबके बीच मूल प्रश्न यह है:

क्या मनुष्य अमर शरीर बना लेने से पहले अमर नैतिकता विकसित कर पाएगा?

यदि करुणा का विकास नहीं हुआ, तो superintelligence केवल superweapon बन जाएगी।

८. महान मानवता की आवश्यकता: आज “Make America Great Again” जैसे नारे केवल राष्ट्रीय सीमाओं में सीमित नहीं रह सकते।

यदि पृथ्वी जलवायु संकट से टूटेगी, तो कोई राष्ट्र अकेला सुरक्षित नहीं रहेगा। यदि परमाणु युद्ध हुआ, तो कोई धर्म अकेला नहीं बचेगा। यदि AI अनियंत्रित हुआ, तो कोई विचारधारा अकेली नहीं टिकेगी।

अतः भविष्य का वास्तविक नारा होना चाहिए:

MAKE EARTH GREAT FOREVER क्योंकि अब मानवता को प्रतिस्पर्धी सभ्यता (competitive civilization) से आगे बढ़कर सहकारी ब्रह्माण्डीय सभ्यता (cooperative cosmic civilization) बनना होगा।

निष्कर्ष : “समझ लेना तुम्हारा” प्रस्तुत ग़ज़ल की रदीफ़ “समझ लेना तुम्हारा” सम्पूर्ण शोध-पत्र की आत्मा है।

• यह केवल प्रेम का संबोधन नहीं, बल्कि मानवता से किया गया दार्शनिक आग्रह है,
• कि अराजकता में भी अर्थ देखो। विज्ञान में करुणा देखो। राजनीति में मानवता देखो। और स्वयं में सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड का दर्पण देखो।

क्या मानवता स्वयं को नष्ट किए बिना स्वयं से आगे विकसित हो सकेगी?

और शायद उत्तर वहीं से प्रारम्भ होगा जहाँ प्रेम, दर्शन, विज्ञान और कविता एक साथ (Quantum Soup)कहेंगे:

“समझ लेना तुम्हारा।”
