माज़ी में से मेरी तारीख़ मुझ से रो-बिलख कर बता रही है। हमने प्यार जीना नहीं पाया। तुम्हें प्यार से एक मुकम्मल मुस्तक़बिल की तसव्वुर ही सिर्फ़ नहीं करना है। वो एक दर्पण दिखती है जो आने वाली कल होती है। वो कल होती तो नहीं है कुछ भी और न कभी आती है। लेकिन हाँ, उसका ख़याल ज़रूर होती है।
तेरह साल पहले ऑक्सफ़ोर्ड शेल्डोनियन थिएटर हॉल में जो डॉकिन्स, रॉवन विलियम्स और सर एन्थनी केनी तीनोको गुफ्तगू करते देखी-सुनी गई थी, आज दुनिया उन्हीं की ज़ुबानी से मिलती-जुलती हालात में देखने को हम new normal जी रहे है। क्यों लोग atheism, theism, agnosticism जैसे बातों को confused intellecticomania बनाते फिरते हैं।
जब रिचर्ड डॉकिन्स का रिसर्च गाइड डेनिस नोबेल What Is Life? के जवाब में कहता है, “that is ability to find the way by using stochastic processes that were naturally using all the time.” बताते हैं और Consciousness को वे सिर्फ़ sense organic कहते हैं फिर neo-Darwinians को ख़ारिज करते हैं एवं Darwinian evolution materialism को bio-science world का गए 80 साल तक की भूल बताते हैं तो माहिर साइंटिस्ट भी गोलमाल करते हुए जैसे Ontology के करीब भी क्यों नहीं मालूम पड़ते दिखते हैं । लेकिन इनकी बातों में academia confused और divided दिखना एक fact है। क्यों? यह ह्यूमन बायोलॉजी के अहम ख़मियान में से एक है। कोई भी अलहदा नहीं।

नेपाल से flash flood की दिल दहला देने वाली तस्वीरें निकल रही हैं। उधर हर कोई donations देने में, लेने में जैसे कि कोई competition हो रहा है, media उस बात को अहमियत देते हुए दिखाई देता है। जब आदमी को असहाय होकर किसी की दया स्वीकार करना पड़ता हो, तो उसकी ज़मीर की क्या हालत होती है? क्या किसी को इस बात पर अंदाज़ा भी है? क्या यह हमें सोचने पर मजबूर नहीं कर देता?
एक बात सच है, हम चाहे trillionaire हों, king हों, president हों या powerful prime minister हों, मगर फ़ितरत हमें उसके आगे मजबूर कर ही देती है। हमने इस तरह human world को development-मुखी rich और powerful तो कर ही दिया है, मगर हम आदमी की intellectuality पर और dignified human civilisation खड़ा करने में क्यों कामयाब नहीं हो पाए हैं? हमें इन्हीं puzzle को मिलाने वाली dovetail match ढूँढना है।
नेपाल की मादिगंगा में हज़ारों साल उम्र के ऋषि पराशर नदी तट पर षोडशी नाविक पुत्री से मिलते ही कहते हैं, “कन्या, तुम्हें देखकर मुझसे रहा नहीं जाएगा अब?” तो कन्या कहती है, “मैं तो माझी पुत्री हूँ, मेरे वदन से तो मछ्छिकी दुर्गन्ध निकलती है। आप को अच्छा लगेगा?”
तो फिर ऋषि कहते हैं, “नज़दीक आओ। मेरे छू लेने से अब तू सत्यसुगन्धा हो जाओगी। आज से तुम्हारा नाम भी सत्यवती होगा।” और क्या था, प्यार होना ही था। और ऋषि व्यास इसी से पैदा हुए और हम महाभारत पढ़ते, सुनते और देखते हैं। प्यार की आज़ादी की ये कहानी किधर है? अगर है भी तो हमसे फिर व्यास और पैदा क्यों नहीं हो पा रहा है? यही हमारी दुःख है।

The Quantum Darpan Description: My past history speaks to me in tears and sorrow: we failed to live love. You must not merely envision a perfect future born of love. Love appears as a mirror reflecting the coming tomorrow. That tomorrow is nothing in concrete reality, nor does it ever arrive; yet yes, its thought most certainly exists.
Thirteen years ago, at the Sheldonian Theatre hall in Oxford, a discourse took place among Richard Dawkins, Rowan Williams, and Sir Anthony Kenny. Today, the world is living a ‘new normal’ that closely mirrors the very circumstances spoken by them. Why do people persist in turning matters such as atheism, theism, and agnosticism into a confused intellecticomania?

Are we, even today, successful in setting any standard for intellectual thought? Why not?
Evidently, according to the socio-economic theories of Adam Smith and Milton Friedman, who laid the groundwork for thinking about the world in intellectual thought leadership, the world is currently passing through the severe crises of division, poverty, and war within today’s consumerist oligarchy. Shall we be able to perform error correction upon this state of affairs? Can we ever do so when our leaders themselves fail to carry this responsibility forward with honesty?
Heart-wrenching pictures of flash floods are emerging from Nepal. Over there, everyone appears engaged in a competitive frenzy of offering and receiving donations, and the media gives prominence to precisely that aspect. When a human being is forced into helplessness to accept another’s mercy, what becomes of their conscience and self-respect (zameer)? Does anyone have even the slightest inkling of this? Does this not compel us to pause and reflect?
One truth remains absolute: whether we are trillionaires, kings, presidents, or powerful prime ministers, Nature (Fitrat) ultimately reduces us to powerlessness before her. We have indeed rendered the human world development-oriented, rich, and powerful; yet why have we failed to build a dignified human civilisation grounded in human intellectuality? We must search for the exact dovetail match to unite these puzzle pieces.
Thousands of years ago, on the banks of the Madi-Ganga river in Nepal, the ancient Sage Parashara met a sixteen-year-old boatman’s daughter and declared upon seeing her, “O Maiden, beholding thee, I can contain myself no longer!” The maiden replied, “I am but a boatman’s daughter; the stench of fish emanates from my body. Would this be pleasing unto thee?”
Thereupon the Sage spake, “Draw near unto me. By my mere touch, thou shalt become Satyasugandha, truthfully fragrant, and from this day forth, thy name shall be Satyavati.” And what else could follow?
Love was destined to blossom. From that union was born Sage Vyasa, through whom we read, hear, and behold the Mahabharata. Where has that freedom of love vanished today? And even if it exists, why is another Vyasa unable to be born amongst us? This is our profound grief.
Why did Beijing delete the map of Israel from its digital portals? १. प्रस्तावना: समकालीन वैश्विक संकट और बौद्धिक दिग्भ्रम (Intellectual Crisis): इक्कीसवीं सदी का मानव समाज तकनीकी और भौतिक स्तर पर समृद्धि के चरम शिखर पर खड़ा होने का दंभ भरता है। किंतु इस बाह्य चमक के नेपथ्य में एक गहरा बौद्धिक, नैतिक और तात्विक (Ontological) खोखलापन व्याप्त है। वैश्विक संस्थाएँ, अकादमिक जगत और राजनीतिक तंत्र संकटों के भँवर में उलझे हुए हैं। हम एक ऐसे युग में जी रहे हैं जिसे सामाजिक और राजनीतिक विश्लेषक ‘New Normal’ का नाम देते हैं, एक ऐसा कालखंड जहाँ युद्ध, पर्यावरणीय आपदाएँ, आर्थिक असमानता और वैचारिक अंधकार साधारण दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बन चुके हैं।
इस वैश्विक दिग्भ्रम का मुख्य कारण यह है कि आधुनिक ज्ञान-मीमांसा (Epistemology) ने चेतना (Consciousness) को पदार्थ (Matter) का एक आकस्मिक और गौण उत्पाद मान लिया है। जब हम पदार्थ को प्राथमिक और चेतना को द्वितीयक मान लेते हैं, तो मानव जीवन का मूल्य मात्र एक उपभोग्य वस्तु (Commodity) बनकर रह जाता है। परिणामतः, आदम स्मिथ (Adam Smith) और मिलटन फ्रीडमैन (Milton Friedman) की सामाजिक-आर्थिक अवधारणाओं पर आधारित उपभोक्तावादी कुलीनतंत्र (Consumerist Oligarchy) ने वैश्विक समाज को विभाजन, निर्धनता और स्थायी युद्ध-उन्माद की ओर धकेल दिया है।

३. अकादमिक विभाजन: ऑक्सफोर्ड बहस, नव-डार्विनवाद का पतन और बायो-साइंटिफिक भूल: तेरह वर्ष पूर्व ऑक्सफ़ोर्ड के शेल्डोनियन थिएटर (Sheldonian Theatre) में प्रसिद्ध नास्तिक वैज्ञानिक रिचर्ड डॉकिन्स (Richard Dawkins), पूर्व कैंटरबरी के आर्कबिशप रोवन विलियम्स (Rowan Williams) और दार्शनिक सर एंथनी केनी (Sir Anthony Kenny) के बीच आयोजित ऐतिहासिक संगोष्ठी ने आधुनिक मेधा के संकट को जगजाहीर किया था। आज दुनिया जिस ‘New Normal’ को जी रही है, उसकी वैचारिक जड़ें उसी अकादमिक विभ्रम में पाई जाती हैं।
संसार के विचारक ईश्वरवाद (Theism), अनीश्वरवाद (Atheism) और संशयवाद (Agnosticism) को एक जटिल ‘Confused Intellecticomania’ में बदलकर मानव चेतना को भ्रमित कर रहे हैं। इस विरोधाभास का पर्दाफाश तब हुआ जब रिचर्ड डॉकिन्स के स्वयं के शोध-निर्देशक (Research Guide) एवं प्रसिद्ध शरीरशास्त्री प्रोफेसर डेनिस नोबल (Denis Noble) ने अपनी पुस्तक व शोध में ‘What Is Life?’ का उत्तर देते हुए नव-डार्विनवादी अपचयवाद (Neo-Darwinian Reductionism) को पूरी तरह खारिज कर दिया।
“जीवन (Life) की वास्तविक परिभाषा उन सम्भाव्य प्रक्रियाओं (Stochastic processes) को उपयोग में लाकर अपना मार्ग स्वयं खोजने की क्षमता है, जिनका उपयोग जीव-जगत प्राकृतिक रूप से हर समय करता आ रहा है।” – प्रोफ़ेसर डेनिस नोबल (Physiologist, Oxford)
डेनिस नोबल का यह मंतव्य डार्विनवादी भौतिकवादी विकासवाद (Darwinian Materialistic Evolution) के ८० वर्षों के एकाधिकार पर गहरा प्रहार है। आधुनिक जीव-विज्ञान ने चेतना को मात्र एक ‘जैविक संवेदी अंग’ (Sense Organ) मानकर भारी भूल की है। नव-डार्विनवाद ने जेनेटिक्स और डीएनए को एक निरंकुश हुक्मरान मान लिया था, जबकि वास्तव में कोशिका (Cell) और संपूर्ण जीव एक एकीकृत क्वांटम-प्रणाली के रूप में कार्य करते हैं।
वैज्ञानिक समुदाय सत्तामीमांसा (Ontology) यानी ‘वजूद का वास्तविक अर्थ क्या है’ के निकट पहुँचकर भी पीछे हट जाता है। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि आधुनिक अकादमिक तंत्र (Academia) वित्तीय पूंजी और संस्थानिक पूर्वाग्रहों के कारण विभाजित और दिग्भ्रमित है। वे गणितीय मॉडल तो बनाते हैं, किंतु उस ‘जीवंत सत्य’ को नकार देते हैं जो इस संपूर्ण तंत्र को संचालित कर रहा है।
४. उपभोक्तावादी कुलीनतंत्र (Consumerist Oligarchy) और मानवीय स्वाभिमान का हनन: आदम स्मिथ की आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता और फ्रीडमैन की बाजारवादी नीतियों ने जिस पूंजीवादी ढाँचे का निर्माण किया, उसने आज ‘उपभोक्तावादी कुलीनतंत्र’ का रूप धारण कर लिया है। इस तंत्र का दुष्परिणाम यह है कि धन का संकेंद्रण कुछ चुनिंदा हाथों में हो गया है और बहुसंख्यक मानवता गरीबी, युद्ध और प्राकृतिक विभीषिकाओं का शिकार हो रही है।
समसामयिक उदाहरण: नेपाल की बाढ़ और दान-दौड़ की राजनीति: हाल ही में नेपाल से आई विनाशकारी आपदा (Flash Floods) की तस्वीरें वैश्विक समाज की संवेदनहीनता का ज्वलंत उदाहरण हैं। मीडिया और विभिन्न संगठन दान (Donations) देने और लेने की ऐसी होड़ मचा रहे हैं मानो यह स्वाभिमान की पुनर्स्थापना न होकर कोई प्रचार-प्रतिस्पर्धा हो। जब किसी असहाय मनुष्य को अपनी जीविषा बचाने के लिए दूसरों की दया पर निर्भर होना पड़ता है, तो उसके ‘ज़मीर’ (Human Dignity) पर जो चोट पहुँचती है, उसका आकलन कोई जीडीपी (GDP) या आर्थिक सूचकांक नहीं कर सकता।
हम चाहे खरबपति (Trillionaire) बन जाएँ, राजा हों, राष्ट्रपति हों या अति-शक्तिशाली प्रधानमंत्री, प्रकृति (फ़ितरत) के एक हिचकोले के आगे हमारी संपूर्ण निर्मित सत्ता असहाय हो जाती है। हमने दुनिया को ‘विकास-मुखी’ (Development-oriented) और शक्तिशाली तो बना दिया, परंतु हम एक ‘मर्यादित और चेतनावान मानव सभ्यता’ (Dignified Human Civilisation) का निर्माण करने में पूर्णतः असफल रहे हैं।
५. वैदिक आख्यान और सत्यवती-पराशर का प्रेम-दर्शन: व्यास की अनुपस्थिति का दुख मानव इतिहास में प्रेम केवल कामुकता या जैविक आकर्षण नहीं था, बल्कि वह चेतना के रूपांतरण का माध्यम था। नेपाल की मादिगंगा (गंडकी/त्रिशूली कछार) के तट पर सहस्रों वर्ष पूर्व घटित ऋषि पराशर और षोडशी नाविक-पुत्री का आख्यान इसका अमर प्रमाण है:
जब ऋषि पराशर ने सत्यवती से अपने अनुराग को व्यक्त किया, तो कन्या ने संकोचवश कहा, “मैं तो माझी-पुत्री हूँ, मेरे वदन से तो मत्स्य की दुर्गंध आती है, आप जैसे महर्षि को यह कैसे स्वीकार होगा?” तब ऋषि ने उत्तर दिया,“नज़दीक आओ। मेरे स्पर्श मात्र से तुम सत्यसुगंधा हो जाओगी और आज से तुम्हारा नाम सत्यवती होगा।”
यह केवल दो जीवों का मिलन नहीं था, बल्कि चेतना द्वारा पदार्थ के रूपांतरण की परम परिघटना थी। इसी निष्कलंक और स्वायत्त प्रेम के परिणामस्वरूप महर्षि वेदव्यास का जन्म हुआ, जिन्होंने महाभारत, वेदों के विभाजन और श्रीमद्भागवत जैसे अनुपम ग्रंथों की रचना करके मानव सभ्यता को विचार-दृष्टि दी।
आज का यथार्थ यह है कि हमने प्रेम को बाज़ार, संकीर्ण नैतिकता और वैधानिकता के कटघरे में बंद कर दिया है। हमने ‘प्यार जीना नहीं पाया’, जैसा कि माज़ी की तारीख़ हमें रो-बिलख कर बता रही है। जब प्रेम अपनी पूर्ण चेतनात्मक स्वायत्तता खो देता है, तो समाज से ‘व्यास’ जैसे विचारकों का पैदा होना बंद हो जाता है। आधुनिक युग का सबसे बड़ा दुख यही है कि हमारे पास तकनीक तो है, पर उस तकनीक को दिशा देने वाले व्यास-तुल्य द्रष्टा अनुपस्थित हैं।
६. भू-राजनीतिक अस्थिरता: बीजिंग की मानचित्र कूटनीति और युद्ध-उन्माद: वर्तमान समय में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संबंध अत्यधिक अस्थिर और खतरनाक मोड़ पर पहुँच चुके हैं। चीन (बीजिंग) द्वारा अपने आधिकारिक डिजिटल पोर्टल्स से इज़राइल का नक्शा गायब/डिलीट कर देना कोई सामान्य तकनीकी त्रुटि नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक सुनियोजित कूटनीतिक संकेत है। जैसा कि प्रोफेसर जिआंग एवं प्रमुख भू-राजनीतिक विश्लेषक प्रश्न उठाते हैं: क्या नेपाल, चीन और भारत मिलकर विश्व शांति हेतु कोई ठोस भूमिका निभा सकते हैं? या यह शक्ति-संतुलन का खेल एक बड़े ‘War Escalation’ (युद्ध विस्तार) का कारण बनेगा?
ईरान के राष्ट्रपति से भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री की बैठकों से लेकर मध्य-पूर्व के सुलगते युद्ध-क्षेत्र तक, आज दुनिया बारूद के ढेर पर बैठी है। युद्ध की शुरुआत करना तो सुगम होता है, किंतु उसे रोकना अत्यंत कठिन। यद्यपि वैश्विक वार्ताओं में शांति की क्षीण आशा की किरण दिखती है, किंतु जब तक युद्ध के मूल आर्थिक और वैचारिक कारणों पर प्रहार नहीं किया जाता, तब तक स्थायी शांति संभव नहीं है।
७. The NEPAL Paradigm: ब्रह्मांडीय Diagnostic Source Code: उपरोक्त सभी जटिल समस्याओं (अकादमिक विभ्रम, आर्थिक शोषण, प्रेम का ह्रास और युद्ध-उन्माद) को जोड़ने वाली जो ‘Dovetail Match’ (सटीक जोड़) हमें खोजनी है, वह NEPAL Paradigm में निहित है।
नेपाल केवल एक भौगोलिक या राजनीतिक भू-भाग नहीं है; यह चेतना का एक ‘Cosmic Checkpoint’ (ब्रह्मांडीय निरीक्षण-बिंदु) है। यह मानव अस्तित्व का अंतिम ‘Diagnostic Source Code’ है जो मानव जाति को पुनः अपनी जमीनी वास्तविकताओं (Human Grounding) की ओर लौटने का मार्ग दिखाता है।

NEPAL Paradigm को वैश्विक नीति ढाँचे में अंगीकार करना: संयुक्त राष्ट्र को नेपाल की इस पावन ज्ञान-भूमि को एक निष्पक्ष ‘Cosmic Ethical Zone’ घोषित करना चाहिए, जहाँ से वैश्विक शांति और पर्यावरण सुरक्षा के नियम संचालित हों।
