सपनेहैं निंदहै तुम आजातेहो मेरी जन्नतहै,
सुबह जागे शाम मेहरवानी हमारी मन्नतहै!
            दरिया-ए-दिलसे बहताहुवाएहसांसकेलहरें,
            हरदम स्याही सुखनकरुँ दिलदारी सुन्नतहै!
जिश्मोंजांपर छायाहुवा रुहानीनशेकी समां,
रंगीन सुहानामेरेसारा तुंहीसे शायरी उन्नतहै!
            जलकरराख मेरादिल देखदुनियाभरके जङ्ग,
            किसपरना मै रोउँ फिरभी गाउं तेरी धन्नतहै!
सपने आज चाय बनगये सारी दुनिया हमारी,
हसिंन जानेमन करदेपीकर सँगतुंमेरी पन्नतहै!

Dreams and sleeps I have, and you arrive, my heaven. Dawn to beauty of dusk all you avail thankfully for me everyday. We flow and float along the river of feelings in the heart along the waves.

Ever and ever, my ink spills poetry of fraternity, friendship, and family as righteousness. Makes me feel an occasion of body and soul occult unison. And I see all my colourful poetry growing of you and you only.

Burnt to ashes my heart to see the war-stricken, chaotic world. Why not may it make me cry over all of this enough, however thanks thou I croon to aloud loud. Our dream world is made into tea today.
