अजीब प्यारहै तुमसे

नहि-नहिं मै सिर्फ तुमसे प्यार हिं नहिं करताहुँ,
अजीब प्यारहै तुंसे किसि ओैरसे नहिं करताहुँ!
           सुबह झिल-मिलाति है अरुणा किरणा रोशनी,

           मौसमकेसिनेमेचली प्रवाह देख जीबहलाताहुँ!
दूर पहाडोंकी एक चोटीसे गुँजति सुरिलीधुन,
मोर दिल चोर वनमूर्ग हो सुनाहुँ वो सुनाताहु!
            फैलावसा आज तेरे प्यारकी सुर लगेहै चाय,
            जानेमन शामसबेरे तेरे नामसे जीता मरताहुँ!
